"The Bee Hive"
Who should come? You should! The program is being offered to any student grades Kindergarten through Fifth grade.
What is it? It is an academic and enrichment program that will focus on tutoring, homework assistance, and project based learning!
How does it work? Students will work in small groups, with certified teachers. The program begins at 2:30 with a substantial snack, then move into small groups to receive intervention &/or homework assistance. Parents may choose to pick up their child at 4:30 p.m. Students staying until 5:30 p.m. will then have computer time, movement breaks, and project based opportunities. Students staying until 5:30 may also take advantage of being bused home.
Is there a cost? There is a small monthly fee to participate in the program , but some students may qualify for a scholarship assistance, based partly on financial need.
